3. Services for Hotels

When you engage our services as a hotel:

We will conduct a consultation to define objectives.

A mystery guest will be assigned and booked discreetly.

After their stay, you will receive a structured feedback report.

Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to assignment.

We make every effort to ensure reports are accurate and objective, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes for your business.

4. Services for Mystery Guests

When you apply or accept an assignment as a mystery guest:

You must keep your assignment confidential.

You agree to provide honest, accurate, and detailed feedback.

You must act as a genuine guest and not disclose your role.

We will cover agreed expenses and provide payment for your report, as specified in advance.

Failure to complete assignments or submit reports on time may result in removal from our guest network.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Boyd’s Hotel Reviews or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Mystery guest reports become the property of Boyd’s and the commissioning hotel. Reports may not be shared or published by the guest.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of both hotels and mystery guests.

Hotels: Your feedback reports remain private and will not be shared publicly.

Mystery Guests: Your identity will not be disclosed to hotels, except where necessary for booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
